Tell us about your project and how long you'll need the dumpster. The delivery driver will drop off the dumpster on the agreed day, you fill the dumpster with junk and debris and when you're finished the driver will pick up the dumpster. 

No - During booking you will leave specific placement instructions for the driver. For pick-ups, just make sure there is nothing blocking the dumpster and all snow and debris has been cleared. 

The dumpster must be accessible for pick-up by the dumpster truck. Snow must be shoveled, and cars and debris kept clear. If we are unable to pick up the dumpster there will be a $100 trip charge. Extra days after your scheduled pick-up will be $15 a day. Keep in mind pick up dates are not necessarily the day your dumpster will be gone, please allow some flexibility in the drivers schedule to be in your area, this may take up to 3 days.

The cost of a dumpster rental will depend on the size and location of the dumpster. Disposal costs all widely vary between cities. Send us an online quote request and we will get back to you with the price. 

Rentals are anywhere from 1-7 days typically, anything over your agreed pick up date will be $15 a day. 

Same day cancellations will result in a $75 cancellation fee.

Most non-hazardous items are allowed, including wood, trash, furniture, flooring, roofing, and demolition debris.

Tree debris, yard waste, appliances, propane tanks, mattresses, box springs, paint, batteries, tires, tractor tires, drums, hazardous materials, florescent lights, ash, fuel tanks, TVs, as defined by local, county, state, or federal regulations are not acceptable in any dumpster and are subject to extra charge. Any and all charges accrued by unacceptable items will be charged to the customer's account. 

Some items you place in the dumpster have extra fees that will be charged after pick up, these items include: mattress/box spring, TV/monitors, appliances and tires. Fees range from $15-$75 and are subject to change. 

DO NOT place these items in the dumpster: biohazard or medical waste, chemicals, paint, propane tanks, gas cans, equipment with gas or oil, aerosol cans, florescent lights/tubes.

We are considerate, careful and will take great effort to place your roll-off dumpster, however, J & A Disposal is not responsible for damage done to driveways, lawns, sidewalks curbs, underground utilities, shrubs/plants in the path to the roll-off container.
